Hi Marisa,

I'm glad you could use it. I'd say even if no one gets saved, it was still worth it. The gospel was preached, and that's all you can do.

Thanks,
Bill

Hi Bill,

Sorry for the late reply. I've only just got an email, on Dec 28th, saying you replied to my comment. A group of 6 of us went into a local town centre to hand tracts out, and preach the message of the cross. That was on Saturday 19th Dec. We had low level amplification and OK'd it with our local council. We adapted the Christmas tract we found on this blog (hope that was OK) and handed them out (about 40) along with other gospel tracts. Lots of hearts were open to hearing about Jesus, so if only one person comes to the Lord, it will be worth it. God bless you, and thank you for the tract. Marisa :-)

Just wanted to thank you for the downloadable tracts. I downloaded the Christmas tract, copied it out onto pretty Christmas stationary so that I had two tracts per sheet. Then I took craft pinking shears and cut around each tract so they looked very decorative. I either glued a tract inside my larger Christmas cards, or with smaller ones, I just folded the tract and placed it inside the card. I mailed Christmas cards to everyone I could think of this year...mailed over 40 cards...all with the Christmas tract enclosed. I gave them to neighbors with a gift of baked goods. Gave one to the mail lady in a card which also contained a candy bar. Next year I plan to copy this tract out on colored card stock and hand them out everywhere I go, especially when I am shopping. I didn't get time to do that this year. But, I feel good knowing the gospel message --very clearly explained--reached over 40 people. What a wonderful way to share the true meaning of Christmas. Thank you so much!!

Thanks. That looks better. Definitely I plan to use it. The evidence on creation and the impossibility of evolution witout a Designer is so clear and yet there are so many people that don't know yet. So I am always looking for good materials to share that make this clear.

Chuck,

I uploaded it in pdf format. That should be good on any computer. It has the same plan for printing. Print page 1 and 4 on one side, and page 2 and 3 on the other side of the same piece of paper.

Let me know how it works out for you. Are you just interested in reading it, or do you have any plans for using it?

Thanks,
Bill

Actually it didn't download right. The front and back page of the tract are obvious, but what's inside is definitely not right. I've got a page that starts out with "A Valid Scientific Theory" on the upper left and the 1st paragraph of "Amazing Animals" on the lower right. Another page continues talking about animals and then goes into various reference links. Then there's a page that continues on with seahorses and bombardier beetles and The Age of the Universe while the right side is all blank. So all in all, there are too many pages.

Hi Marisa,

Thanks for your comment. I agree with you about Christmas 100%. I think the danger in it for Christians is that it becomes about the food or the stuff, and not about the birth of Jesus.

Let me know if the tract is useful to you. What kind of Christmas evangelism are you planning on doing? I'm always looking for ideas.

Hi,

I've just been looking for a Christmas tract and have downloaded the one on your blog. Thanks for that. Here's a question for our Christians brothers and sisters who think it's wrong for Christians to take part in Christmas celebrations: Since when did Jesus' birth have its origins in paganism? True Christians who keep December 25th as special for the Lord celebrate Jesus on that date, not the trimmings, so it's crazy to say it's wrong to partake in Christmastime thanksgiving. Paul also tells us in Romans 14 that we can put any day we choose aside as special for the Lord, and no one is to judge us for either doing that, or not doing that!

Hi Chuck,

It sounds like it downloaded fine. The order of the pages as you are looking at it in the file is 4, 1, 2, 3. On an 8.5x11 sheet, you just print out the front, and print out the second page (which would be pages 2 and 3 of the tract) on the other side of the sheet. When you fold it in half, it will be like a book.

Thanks,
Bill
